HORIZON-CL3-2022-SSRI-01-03: Stronger grounds for pre-commercial procurement of innovative security technologies (CSA)

End-users and public procurers from several countries are invited to submit proposals for a preparatory action that should build the grounds of a future Pre-Commercial Procurement action.
