E-BOOST: Mobility Lump Sum to Translogistica mission

The Mobility Lump Sum covers the expenses of SMEs to attend a cross-sectoral EBOOST activity, more specially Missions & Matchmaking / Side events, or the EBOOST final event (if the dedicated budget is not fully allocated to eligible entities).
