Scaling-up regional bio-economies

The aim of the project is to experiment and demonstrate with digital and physical hubs that match the demand for bio-based components with the supply of organic waste streams. This introduction of such bio-economy hubs intends to contribute to tackling the challenges resulting from the dispersion of biomass stocks over a region; the lack of solid business cases and the hinder by current legislation.
